Artwork Submission Guidelines
CUSTOM PRINTED SERVICES
1. Order Confirmation With Payment
- Take note of the print area of the pouch type selected suits the artwork.
2. Submit Artwork by email
Email arwork file to sales@qqstudio.sg that meets the requirement as follows:
- Format accepted in .ai/.psd/.pdf files
- Only working files created with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop acceptable
- Ensure that all texts are outlined
- High resolution of at least 300dpi
- Without AI file or resolution under 300dpi ,Conversion fee will be SGD$ 50-SGD$300 base on different file
- For optimum color match ,please provide Pantone code
3. Digital Mock up & Approval
- Free minor artwork adjustment not more than 3 times.
- Addition or further modifications to artwork will be chargeable from SGD$ 50-SGD$120 for each request.
4. Test Print
- Test print one sample for finalized confirmation.
- Customer need to confirm all detail of bag size ,all text ,logo ,colors.
5. Feedback & Approval
- Any changes to sample,$50 adjustment surcharge for additional amendment after sample approved.
- After approval, the sample is finalization and no chagnes will be made .All printing is FINAL.
- Free charge for sample confirmation by email, SGD$80 for sample shipment.
6. Mass Production & Shipment
- Mass production & 100% good quality guaranteed.
- All printed bags are non-returnable and non-refundable products.
- Estimated Time of Arrival is 10 to 12 business days.
